It was made to be a similar and modernized version of Marcus Aurelius’ “Meditations.”For those who don’t know, Marcus Aurelius was a Roman Emperor and Stoic Philosopher who ruled between 161 AD - 180 AD.Meditations itself was never meant to be published, but it was mainly about his personal insights and reflections during his time as Emperor.He was reminding himself to stay grounded, level headed, and ethical in a world consumed with power, fear, and ego.My book is similar because it comes from a similar place:My words also come from my personal journals (dating back to 2018). My personal insights and self reflections. My own perceptions while learning and growing in a world similar to Marcus Aurelius.I may not be an emperor, but my spirit is humble due to life experiences. This book shares wisdom from my first 25 years on this earth.It isn’t chronological. You don’t have to read in order.
