No one has more power or a specific gift to navigate the dream world than another; it's inherent in every human being, just waiting to be awakened by focusing our attention on it, thus bringing it into conscious awareness. In this book, you'll learn, among other things, how to awaken and maintain that attention and, as one of my students, Eva, said: "We're going to come out with a master's degree in ourselves." Because ultimately, mastering dreams provides valuable insight into yourself and your boundless inner world.This book aims to spark interest in topics like our existence and the universe surrounding us. It also seeks to stimulate the spirit, arouse curiosity, fuel the desire to research and learn, and continue growing and evolving as souls and human beings. Through these pages, I'll teach you concrete techniques to consciously experience dreams. You'll also find breathing, attention, and creativity exercises that will help expand your senses. What you'll always be doing is discovering the vast sensory world inside of you. Our daily life is often limited by our senses, through which we access specific information. You'll learn to broaden this perspective from which you perceive and create your reality. I encourage you to question everything, all the time. I'm certain that if you're reading this book, you're a curious being and have already done so. Continue to do it, especially while we share this journey. Question with vigor, challenge reality! Also, question everything presented in this book, don't blindly believe anything. I invite you to discern and arrive at your conclusions through your experiences. This book covers many topics, from various sources, cultures, and schools of thought. The goal is to provide an eclectic view of issues surrounding the dream world, embracing everything that arises from it without declaring absolute truths and allowing readers to form their reality and opinion.By paying attention, we can achieve anything we set our minds to. If I want to play the violin, believe in myself, and focus on playing the violin, so it will be. Avoid doubting yourself or letting others cast doubt on what you can achieve. I've stumbled many times on this path. You have the great fortune of benefiting from every obstacle I've faced. On this journey, you'll be like a child; you might stumble, but if you know where the obstacles are, that's even better. If you know that stumbling is okay, that's even better still. Realize that you are the infinite God of this universe, and no one has more strength and energy than you. You might come to this book with some fears instilled by other texts about what you might encounter in your dream world once you consciously access it. Evil entities, demons, monsters? All existing information is real since any information accessed through the senses of any consciousness exists. Still, we are the ones who uphold it. You have the absolute power and ability to manage this information as you please. Nothing and no one is more potent in your lucid dream than yourself.
